- I help you get started with the agreed co-hosting arrangements as the property owner.
- I coordinate property preparation and listing setup on your own account.
- Where legally permitted, I help with guest communication.
- Where legally permitted, I coordinate the calendar and bookings.
- I schedule cleaning and guest turnovers.
- I coordinate laundry services and supplies.
- I organize the preparations for check-in and check-out.
- I coordinate appointments with maintenance providers.
- I report incidents to you.
- I prepare a monthly report for you as the owner.

- A written, authorized co-hosting scope and onboarding checklist.
- Readiness, turnover and check-in/check-out checklists.
- A coordinated service calendar, incident log and monthly owner report.
