What I coordinate. What specialists handle.

Before we begin, we agree on the work, responsibilities and outside costs in writing.
Here is how that applies to each service.

Before we begin, we agree on the work, responsibilities and outside costs in writing.
Here is how that applies to each service.

I coordinate practical tasks; I do not act as a real estate broker or negotiate a purchase, sale or lease.
Your chosen licensed professionals handle those activities and any regulated advice.

Furniture, supplies, cleaning, maintenance, repairs, contractors, government charges and independent professional fees are separate client expenses.
Additional work and spending require your prior approval.

Short-term rental support is available only where the property and proposed activities are legally eligible.
Florida licensing requirements, local permits, zoning, taxes and condominium or HOA rules must be checked before activation.

Business setup coordination is administrative support.
Your advisers determine the legal structure and tax treatment.
An EIN is issued by the IRS without a government application fee; the applicant or an appropriately authorized person submits the application.
Bank approval is never guaranteed.

Company formation does not grant immigration status, work authorization or eligibility for a visa.
The written scope sets out the agreed coordination tasks and the matters for your independent advisers.
